POINTS OF THE ORGANISATION
THE ORGANISATION IS THE PEOPLE. THE ORGANISATION IS THE STATE.
THE STATE IS THE ORGANISATION. THE STATE IS THE PEOPLE.
THE PEOPLE ARE THE ORGANISATION. THE PEOPLE ARE THE STATE.
The ORGANISATION will form the vehicle that carries the proletariat towards its objectives. The ultimate objectives of the ORGANISATION are threefold:
- FIRSTLY: To consolidate the proletariat's dominance over the bourgeoisie.
- SECONDLY: To liquidate non-proletarian classes, thus abolishing class distinctions in practice.
- FINALLY: To develop a socialist model that rapidly proceeds towards autarkic communism. This model is the COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN.
The secondary objectives of the ORGANISATION, the features of the plan, and the means of execution of our plan are elaborated below:
- I. The ORGANISATION must form a vanguard which is ideologically united but operationally decentralised.
- II. The ORGANISATION must develop a membership which is dedicated to the ULTIMATE OBJECTIVES, and the creation of the MODEL above all else.
- III. The ORGANISATION must educate itself on Marxist theory, self-defence, warfare, and operational security.
- IV. The ORGANISATION must be astute, its membership strong-willed and strong-bodied. They must be patient, and wait for unrest to become insurmountable to the bourgeois state.
- V. The COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN must abolish the commodity form, wage labour, and money as soon as is realistically possible.
- VI. The COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN will construct a regional, distributive economy wherein use-values are created, allocated and dispensed through the functions of the ORGANISATION.
- VII. THE ORGANISATION will abolish the old system of governance. The COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN will establish a New Democracy through legislative councils under the remit of the ORGANISATION. The executive instrument of government will not be held by any one person, but will instead be exercised through the council system, and by facility of the Commonwealth Council of State.
- VIII. The New Democracy will enshrine workplace democracy as well as political democracy. All managers will be elected into position by the workplace, and will be recallable by the workplace.
- IX. The COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN will embark on an ecological revolution. Swathes of land will be regenerated and turned over to nature. Collectivised agriculture will work in concord with the restoration of the biosphere. Forest reserves will be created which protect, establish, and expand rare and endangered temperate rainforest habitats.
- X. The work-day and work-week will be procedurally reduced in length, with an ultimate goal of a five-day, 25 hour work-week.
- XI. The National Health Service will be regenerated. All private interests will be liquidated by the ORGANISATION. Healthcare, as with all others services, will become a non-profit institution.
- XII. The COMMONWEALTH OF GREAT BRITAIN must pursue energy self-sufficiency. Oil, coal and gas will no longer be exported to foreign nations. Remaining reserves will be saved for the commonwealth. Nuclear power plants, in conjunction with wind and solar power, will form the basis of the national energy policy. Investment into nuclear fusion will become a top priority. The National Grid will be developed to cope with variable energy flows resultant from a greater reliance on renewable energy stores.
